Company Profile
HVR International GmbH was established in October 2007.
The company, formerly known as C. Conradty Mechanical & Electrical, has been producing Silicon Carbide Varistors in Röthenbach near Nürnberg since 1953.
During 1974, the company also commenced the manufacture of Zinc Oxide Varistors, however in the nineties, the manufacture of this product type was transferred to China.
We also have significant experience in the production of Metal Ceramic Compound Resistors. The manufacture of this Product Type dates back to 1921.
Our extensive programme includes the ideal varistor for your application. The following list of passive components are available on request:
- Metal Oxide Varistors (voltage dependent resistors on a Zinc Oxide basis).
- VDR - Silicon Carbide Varistors (voltage dependent resistors).
- VDR - Silicon Carbide Varistors (Non-Inductive Compound Resistor, voltage dependent for high and low voltage application).
- Metal Ceramic Resistors (High Load, Non Inductive Compound Resistors).
HVR International GmbH can develop and manufacture resistors according to customer's specifications for specific applications.
Our Applications Laboratory will be pleased to assist in the selection of the correct Varistor or Resistor.
